Welcome Students! 
I am Mrs. Hancock and this is going to be a great semester.

1) To begin, fill out the Quiz and Inventory (2 sides of the paper)---we will informally survey the class when you all finish.  Be prepared to discuss some of your results in 10 minutes.

3) Let's begin a short warm-up! Choral Reading: "Totally Like Whatever You Know" by Taylor Mali
4) Activity: Icebreaker/Getting to Know You: "30 Before 30"

Homework: 
Finish "30 before 30" and choose 5 to share aloud with us Monday that showcase your unique sides (ie. on Monday you will briefly introduce yourself in front of the group and the 5 things with short explanations---be as creative as you choose!).
