Warm-Up & Vocal Flexing: Laura Pereira will lead us today 

Improvisation Work: 

Students can read each one aloud, discuss and ask questions to clarify the game's meaning for all members of the group, and then begin to present.

1) The Letter (single actors to start)

2) Charades (single actor)

2) Silent Scene (pairs of actors)

The Activity/Skill Work for Today's Session: 

Demonstration Speeches

1. Idea Outlines SHOULD BE FINISHED today and items to do your speech should be with you for practicing today.  If not, pantomime the objects to get the hang of the performance today.
2. The speech's progression is on the whiteboard (grabber-> history->purpose->list the steps of the process->teach us each step in detail->audience participation or test the audience->clever ending)
3. Practice your demonstration speeches in pairs as many times as possible during the session
4. Thursday will be Performance/Assessment of Demo Speeches!
