Agenda: Monday, August 18, 2014

Today's Agenda:

Warm-Up & Vocal Flexing:
Improvisation Work:
All of these improv games will require 3 suggestions from the audience before the actors begin:
  • relationship of the two actors  (be specific)
  • setting of the scene (specific time and specific place)
  • basic conflict to explore
Improvisation Work:
1) Let's Watch Some Professionals

2) Props that Solve (2 players)
First, each member of the classroom finds two objects to use in today's improv scene work.
Second, a list is brainstormed of possible problems that might need to be fixed.  We will use these IN ORDER today for the scenes.
Mrs. Hancock calls on random people to contribute their object.
Actors create a scene in which they use the object to fix a problem
